When you export the Activator system configuration, Activator generates a ZIP file with the default name ExportSystem.zip. This ZIP file includes several sub-ZIP files and many XML files. Each XML file contains a part of the exported configuration.
You can restore the backup of one system into another environment, although certain limitations apply. (See Import a backed-up Activator system configuration.)
The following tables provide an overview of the various XML files you may need to customize prior to performing the import in the destination environment.
